I’m actually on my way out, but here’s a super quickie. This weekend is the I <3 Rouge event to help save the Rouge sim. The owner Codie is one of the most awesome people I have on my plurk timeline and I feel the least I can do to help out a bit is by shopping awesome stuff. Like this little dress from Sn@tch. It comes in Black and Red and is just vampy like hell. But there’s not just shopping, I hear there’s also partying with some of SL’s best DJ’s. So really, go check it out and drop some L’s.
Playing catch-up still. But I actually love it. The color posts are the time I usually dig in my vast inventory to find older stuff. Week 37 gives us Royal Blue. This dress from coldLogic was from Vintage Fair a while back and it has almost the exact shade I was looking for, so yay! The hair is a subscribo gift from Truth, so go hit that if you want it.

I felt like I wasn’t quite done with the Mon Tissu blogger search challenge, so I decided to do one more look for good measure. If you want to join the challenge, you had better get a move on, because the deadline is today.
This pencil skirt dress combo from Mon Tissu looks like it was more or less made for Veenya. You know how I adore my pencil skirts. I really like the added belt on this, it makes it stand out a bit. I decided to pair it with this gorgeous envelope clutch, also from Mon Tissu. The clutch comes with two different poses, the one shown and one where you wear it tucked under your arm. If you attach the clutch after you play your regular pose, it’ll bend only your arm, so you get a perfect clutch pose every time.
I’m trying my best to catch up with the color posts. Week 36 brings us Hot Cinnamon which feels like the perfect kick-off for fall. I happened to have this skirt from Bilo lying around that I thought looked great in this outfit. It’s a Harvest Hunt gift and that hunt ends the 21st, so if you want it, I suggest you go now.

Tomorrow is the last day to enter the big Mon Tissu blogger search, so if you’re looking to join, you had better get a move on. I’ve had this look put together for a while, but I haven’t come around to actually blogging it until now.
If you’ve been following my blog you know I love my Westbury mini skirt from Mon Tissu. It’s made an appearance no less than 6 times including this one and that’s a great mileage for a blogger.
To complete this look I picked up two new pieces from Mon Tissu. The very smart looking Sophmore Satchel, which is modeled like a bag I’ve been eyeing in RL. It’s much too expensive for my RL budget though, which is why I love SL. I can have all the fancy things in this world. Like a 100+ shoe collection, to which I’ve just added these adorable little heels in navy. (Ok, maybe it’s more like 200. Shut up.)
Ack. Feldgrau is a tough color. Kind of Steelblue and Armygreen mashed together. I had a wicked hard time finding the right color, so in the end I had to just go with the closest thing I could find. Either that or rip my hair out. I like my hair.
I am so ready for fall to get here. I want to dress in soft sweaters and warm boots. I want to see orange trees and smell that crisp fall air. I want to move. I’m so excited to move I don’t know what to do with myself.
This sweater from Sn@tch is exactly what I’m talking about. It’s soft and warm, in a nice fall color. But she classes it up a bit by attaching a corset to it. Means I can use this sweater even with a pencil skirt. And you all know I love my pencil skirts.
Unless you’ve been trapped under the proverbial rock these past few days, you now know that FATEwear has opened their doors. Their first collection is out and it’s pretty damn slick. It feels like Damien Fate has filled a void in the Gentlemen’s fashion world. You’ll find both casual, business and formal wear in a great selection of colors. Something for I dare say everyone.
Veryon fell in love with this sweater, just the right amount of casual without looking like he’s off to the gym. And the bag he’s got there? That’s actually the packaging for FATEwear fatpacks. How cool is that?
It feels a bit cliché to write an autumn post about changes, but I can’t help myself. This season will mean life changing events for me as I’m moving across the Atlantic Ocean come November. It’s a dream of mine to see the world and it’s finally happening. This fall will truly be a new start.
The next few months will be very busy for me with prepping and everything, so the blog will have to take a step back for a while. Not that I won’t post anything, I won’t be able to help myself, but maybe it will be less frequent.
For the autumn look today I’m wearing one of coldLogic‘s new releases; the Miller Shirt & Vest. I love vests and I’d love to see this one as a separate some time in the future. Hint. Nudge. Hint. You really should go have a look at the fall line at coldLogic, it’s spot on with sweaters, dresses and skirts in a rich fall palette.
